Admission Enquiry 2024-25
The Ideal Training and Placement Cell (ITPC) is actively working in three different areas:
Providing Placement opportunities for the Final Year students. The cell facilitates the process by providing the leads and information to the students and organising On- campus Placement Drives, Off-campus Placement Interviews, Job Fairs and sharing details with students about Central Placements organized through GGSIP University. Campus Placement Drive was organised for Final year students of BBA and BBA(CAM) on 22 nd March, 2023 in association with ICICI Prudential.The Cell also organises Career Counselling sessions for students . The following sessions have been organised so far:
On 28 th December, 2022 , a Career Counselling session was organised on the topic , “Selection of Careers after Graduation”. The Speaker for the session was Mr. Rahul K. Mishra from IILM Institute for Higher Education, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
On 20 th March, 2023, a Career Counselling session was organised on the topic , “Careers after Graduation”. The Speaker for the session was Brigadier (Dr.) Ajay Mehta, Professor, HR and Registrar , Academic Administration from J.K. Business School, Gurugram.
On 2 nd May, 2023 , a Career Counselling session was organised on the topic , “Admissions in foreign Universities”. The Speaker for the session was Mr. Anil Singh Rawat, partner- Director, Global Colliance.
On 13 th September, 2023 , a Career Counselling session was organised on the topic, “The Future banker Programme” in association with PVS Academy to make the students aware of career options in the Banking Sector.
On 10 th October, 2023 , a Career Counselling session was organised on the topic , “Study abroad “in association with Halp Technologies. The session was beneficial for studies looking for opportunities to pursue post graduation from a foreign university.
On 2 nd November, 2023 , a Career Counselling session was organised on the topic “How to Crack an interview” in association with iStep Mentors.
On 8 th March, 2024 , a Career Counselling session was organised on the topic , How to Create an Impressive Online Persona” in association with IIDE ,Mumbai. The speaker was Akash Gogri from IIDE.
On 4 th April, 2024 , a Career Counseling session was organised on the topic Career opportunities in HR' .The Guest Speaker was Ms. Neha Chaudhary, Motivational Speaker & HR leader
2. Providing 100% Internship openings to the students. The students of 5 th Semester underwent Summer Internship Trainings as per the requirement of the curriculum. 100% Internship opportunity was provided to the students.
The selection process for the SIP of 2024 has already started and 25 students have been selected for internships with The Agile Capital Services, UAS International, Insplore, AIM India, Happequity and Magnik.3. Organising Alumni Engagement Activities: The cell works to keep in touch with the alumni through various engagement programmes.
Our Alumni , Ms. Tanya Prabhakar was invited as judge for the cultural events in Anugoonj Prelims- Zonals.
Our Final year students of Batch of 2023 are successfully placed at the following
companies:
Simplify Growth, Amazon, Winspark Innovations, Learning Routes, Elite Recruitments,
Sonnenkraft Solutions, Kotra( Embassy of korea, Tech Mahindra, OVVIO Products,
NBLIK India, Ambassade France En Inde and many more.
The students of BBA and BBA -5 th Semester have to undergo summer internship / Industrial Trainings as a compulsory component of their curriculum . The students underwent summer trainings at the reputed organizations like : The Leading solutions, Aim India, Homeosphere, Capital Box, Bridge Group Solutions, Umeed Foundation, share Khan, Magic billions, Several Chartered Accountant firms and NGOS.
